The current director of the Washington Association of Naturopathic Physicians had inherented a disjointed and often broken website for their organization.

They needed help completely revamping it from the ground up, including a much improved professional design to fit their organization’s size and industry presence.

But also to better serve their membership.

We completely redesigned the website from the ground up, along with a new strategy for the content and website flow to serve their needs in growing and serving their members.

The project involved a lot of functionality, from paid memberships and members area, to a searchable member directory, classifieds, extensive CE online course shop.

And if that wasn’t enough, to also better promote their annual conference, and to better manage their membership while offering a complex set of membership options.

We combined all of these needs in a cohesive and professionally designed website. Set up ActiveCampaign to easily manage all of their member and newsletter subscribers, and created all the functionality they needed.

We designed a custom build members directory along with mechanisms for allowing only members to create new entries for themselves.

We developed a complete CE course directory with different pricing levels based in if the person is a member or not.

We built automated email sequences in ActiveCampaign for new members, new subscribers, and more. And ways to track and organized contacts based on the purchases and actions they take with WANP and the website. So they can communicate with the right people in a tailored way.

The result was a website design their members now love, functionality that works, new features they’ve been needing for a long time, and a website and contact list they can more easily track and manage.
