This project focused on redesigning the East Bay Natural Medicine website to better reflect the practice’s personalized, patient-centered approach while improving clarity, usability, and search visibility.

The design direction emphasized a clean, modern aesthetic with a balance of bright and soothing colors, creating a welcoming and uplifting experience without feeling overwhelming. Visual elements were kept simple and approachable, with a mix of nature-inspired and lifestyle imagery to reflect both the clinical and human side of the practice.

We restructured the site to clearly communicate key service areas and align with how patients are searching for care, including dedicated pages for common concerns such as hormone balance, thyroid health, digestive issues, fatigue, and insomnia. This supports both improved SEO and a more intuitive user experience.

The messaging was refined to highlight the practice’s unique approach, focusing on education, accessibility, and realistic treatment plans rather than overly complex or expensive protocols. The site also supports both in-person and telemedicine care, making it easier for patients to engage with services in a way that fits their needs.
